Domestic violence in Russia "licking" will not pose a crime

It is the place that marks perhaps the largest number of women killed by domestic crime, but the local parliament, the Duma, voted for the decriminalization of violence "light" within household walls.

Law went against all groups who are concerned about the protection of women and children. In Russia the statistics are not reliable, but according to data from 2010 provided by the United Nations, the situation there is grave. Between 143 million Russians, 14 thousand women are killed by parents or husbands within a year. Some other non-governmental organizations provide similar figures for previous years. The comparison, in Italy official figures speak of 179 women killed in 2013, while in the US, 320 million women killed in a year there are about 1,000.
