"El Chapo" in the US alone, as visits from wife

Former Mexican drug boss Joaquin Guzman complained in court about his living conditions in the prison where held.

US authorities have closed El Chapon, otherwise known as Guzman, in a high-security prison in New York after his extradition to the US last month.
