    Food needed for a youthful skin


    Eating properly is essential if you want to have a new skin.

    If you want to have a bright face, you should consume foods rich in minerals (zinc and iron), amino acids, Omega-3 fatty acids and vitamins.

    Who are these foods? I get the following:

    Tomato
    It contains lycopene, which helps in preventing the action of free radicals and protects the skin from the sun.

    Apple
    It contains quercetin, an anti-inflammatory antioxidant that helps protect the skin from harmful ultraviolet rays.

    Tomegranate
    It is very rich in vitamin C, which improves the production of collagen and thus prevent the creation of wrinkles.

    Fish
    Rich in Omega-3 helps skin to stay young.

    Avocado
    Rich in vitamin E helps skin stay hydrated.

    Blueberries
    Rich in antioxidants, prevents damage caused by free radicals.
