    Students stop speech "friend" of Trump


    University of California at Berkeley canceled a speech to the editor of the website "Beritbart" after protests by students.


    Milo Yiannopoulos, the person who was supposed to speak, is an outspoken supporter of President Donald Trump. Hundreds of students were thrown in protest against him and faced the police. At least one fire was sparked by students and the police intervened with tear gas, while the whole university campus was isolated.

    There were no reports of injuries or arrests. Yiannopoulos's comments were criticized as racist or . Last year, he was driven by "Twitter" after leading a campaign against black actress Leslie Jones.

    Yiannopoulos visit was organized by the university Republican, who said that conservative voices should be heard in the US, as this is democracy. Self university of California at Berkeley said that the speaker was not invited, but had rejected previous requests to cancel his speech.

    However, after student protests turned violent, the university was forced to cancel the speech provided.
