Russian President Vladimir Putin is expected to hold a telephone conversation with US President Donald Trump in the coming days.
The news was announced the Kremlin press office, in which Putin will congratulate Trump for taking office. Spokesman Dmitry Peskov said the agency "RIA Novosti" that calls will be made on the basis of a "protocol of need."
Meanwhile, the meeting between the two leaders will be held in the coming months and not in the coming weeks, explained Peskov, adding that the date be established during the telephone conversation.
Regarding the protests against Trump developed worldwide, the spokesman stressed that Russia does not interfere in the internal affairs of other countries and the United States should manage this problem themselves.
